I drove a 535i and was very impressed with the quality and feel of the car. Steven did not pressure me in any way. He let the car sell itself. I wound up getting the 550i x drive, The delivery process was quick and flawless with no surprises. Overall, the buying experience was a positive one and the car is fantastic. Nice lady a true pro and a Suffolk County native. Ian is the business manager and has a great deal of empathy for your budget and your needs. He will do what is necessary to help in every way he can. He is a great guy with a phenomenal British accent. George in service even came out to meet me. He wanted me to know that he would be there for the oil changes and whatever else the car needed (all at no out of pocket cost). Carlos picked me up at the train station so I would not have to hitch hike to the dealership and James showed me around the car (a true driving machine). If you really want a car go see these peeps.
