I love my MINI! Although it took forever to come because of the back orders on my navigation, George was great at keeping me informed. He responded to all my emails and any phone calls. I know that Dealer Service is thankless, with listening to customer complaints all day and under stress to get cars in and out without making mistakes. Its nerve racking. Habberstad Mini does a great job of easing that tension and puts you at ease. The service team inspires confidence, and sets you at ease. They earn your respect and work to keep it. 5*S*T*A*R*S!!!! Matthew Wayne really went above and beyond to help me fix the issue with my car. I was able to get a really cool Mini Cooper loaner car while waiting for my car to be fixed.
