Fast and Friendly I was having car trouble with my old car. Instead of putting more money into it i decided i needed to just buy a new car. I was approached by Shanna I was having car trouble with my old car. Instead of putting more money into it i decided i needed to just buy a new car. I was approached by Shanna who has dealt with some of my family just recently. She made an appointment with me to go over the options i had and really i wasnt even planning to buy a car at that point, just wanted to look around. When i got there, she was busy with another customer so she had her coworker, Eli, talk to me and get me started. Eli was a great saleman. I told him what i was looking for within a certain price range and he showed me a list of cars that fit. Unfortunately, all of the all wheel drive vehicles had higher miles on them which isnt was i was looking for. He came across a 2010 hyundai elantra touring. he gave me the all of the information i needed to know about the car. it wasnt all wheel drive but i thought it would be a great pick. i test drove it and instantly became a fan. Needless to say, i bought the car. Eli and Shanna both took care of me the three days i was purchasing the car. They both checked up on me and updated me about the car. They could have treated me differently--I was buying a used car for a very low price, but instead I felt like they worked as hard to get me in that car and were just as kind as they would have been to someone buying a new car for three times the price.
