Haddad Hyundai

Went to Hyundai Haddad with the hopes of getting into a new Elantra Limited. After test driving the car I was sold, unfortunately due to my carry over from my trade it, it ended up being out of my price ra new Elantra Limited. He showed me a 2011 Elantra Limited which was immaculate. If it wasn't for the 23k miles on it I would of thought it was brand new. Eli was extremely knowledgeable, and took my needs and desires and placed me with the perfect car. Between him and Brian I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I walked in with hesitation due to past experiences and left with a new found faith and respect for car salesmen. I will guarantee I will return in the future to get another car, even if its not a Hyundai. Thanks Eli. More

I came in for regular service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) plus a full check on my drive-train components (nearing end of warranty). Like most people, I'm not crazy about the whole car buying process, but Eli at Haddad Hyundai was great. He was very courteous and worked really hard to get me locate the car I wanted (base Elantra GT buying process, but Eli at Haddad Hyundai was great. To be honest, the GT wasn't at the top of my initial list; I only test drove it out of due diligence. But Eli helped me realize what a competitive model it is without being pushy and the price they gave blew the comparable Mazda 3 and Subaru Impreza out of the water. Color choice aside Zack Bertolozzi came to our rescue. It should be noted that two years ago we got our 2011 Elantra from Haddad. That was a wonderful experience. This time with no expectations we were checking out the Tucson. Zack was not only informative but his knowledge of the product was OUTSTANDING!! We learned options about the vehicle which you cant have online. After the test drive and some moments of me being stubborn Zack made it happen. Along with the Business manner, sales manager and everyone else involved. THEY made it happen fore us and that's whats important. Not only did we get what we wanted because they located the color selection form a differed dealer, but the fact that it was a pleasurable experience. Even when these guys were busy the other salesman would come over and ask me if they could get my coffee.etc. The whole dealership worked as a team and really concentrated on the customer . I have bought about 20 cars in the past 15 years and i was very impressed at the way this dealership provided customer care and did whatever they could to make the price right for me.
