Because of bad weather I was late for my appointment. They still took the time to fully explain the deal they were offering and stayed past their closing time to make sure I was satisfied. I contacted the dealership through the internet department and did the majority of my negotiations via email. I visited the dealership twice; once to test drive and have my trade in appraised and department and did the majority of my negotiations via email. Doing the majority of negotiations via email is the way to go, in my opinion. It saves time and, I'm told, money as the internet department offers the lowest quotes possible to get you in the door. At the dealership, Danielle was both professional and friendly. The negotiation process of buying a new car is, for me, very stressful. I hate confrontation and often find it difficult to be assertive. My experience with Danielle--who has a calming presence--minimized that stress. In the end, I am satisfied that I paid a fair price for my new vehicle. I recommend Haddad Subaru and Danielle Delaney of the internet sales department if you are in the market for a Subaru. More

I just bought a brand new 2014 Subaru Forester from Haddad's in Pittsfield. I had the Greatest sales team and would recommend this dealer to any one looking for a great Car Buying Experience. I worked with Danielle Delaney for the most part and I must say she knows her Subaru's. which was very important to me. I had a ton of questions I needed answers to and Danielle took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out to me was if Danielle did not know an answer off the top of her head she did not BS me. Instead she told me that she was unsure and would get back to me when she had the correct information. Danielle Delaney is the reason I bought my Forester from Haddad's. Danielle kept her patients with me the entire process and that was well over a month long. So for that alone she should get a Gold Star! Danielle gave me a price that I just could not refuse! Haddad's kind of felt like a family gathering every time I would stop down with more questions. The little mascot is too die for as She is just So Cute!
