Made an appointment to have my check engine light diagnosed and after waiting a week to get in I was told when I arrived that they had no appointment listed for me. When I asked if they would look at diagnosed and after waiting a week to get in I was told when I arrived that they had no appointment listed for me. When I asked if they would look at the problem I was told it was best to make "another" appointment or if I wait it might take all day. When I requested my keys back they were so confused that it took several people to find them. Needless to say this will be my last visit there. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I made an appointment and took my Lincoln MKZ in for an oil leak, but I arrived to find that they had no record of my service appointment. After seve I made an appointment and took my Lincoln MKZ in for an oil leak, but I arrived to find that they had no record of my service appointment. After several days, I was informed that the leak was due to a bad oil pan gasket, and I received a quote for around $800. I agreed to the repair, but several days later, I received a call stating that I had been quoted for a replacement for a Ford Fusion, not a Lincoln MKZ. I was told that the MKZ oil pan gasket replacement required more items such as the exhaust, air conditioning line, etc.) to be relocated to facilitate the replacement of the gasket. Due to the extra shop time, I was informed that the estimate would now be around $1,100. I agreed to the repair and picked up the car a few days later. After receiving the car, I noticed a noise from underneath the vehicle near the footwell when I accelerated. I took the car back, and the technicians said they couldn't find anything wrong. One of them volunteered to ride with me in the car, and I mentioned that it sounded like an exhaust leak during the ride. The technician said he couldn't hear anything and I should bring the car back if it continued to make that sound. The next day the check engine light came on, and I used my diagnostic device to check the code. It showed an error for the O2 sensor, which I still believed was caused by an exhaust leak. I made another appointment and brought the car back. The dealership had my car for several days, and I called over a dozen times without getting anyone to pick it up at the service desk. Finally, one day another advisor answered, and when I explained the situation, he looked up the notes in the system. He told me that both flex pipes had been damaged, likely during the oil gasket replacement. He told me the fix would be to replace the entire exhaust system at $2,200. He also informed me that the parts would not be ready until after the new year (this was late November). I replied that the damage to the exhaust was caused during the oil pan gasket repair and that I should not be responsible for that repair cost. He told me to call back the next day and talk with my advisor. I called the following day and spoke with my service advisor, who said that the check engine code was caused by my mufflers (well past any O2 sensors). When I questioned what the other advisor had told me the day before, he said he didn't know anything about that. Before I left the dealership, my service advisor pulled me aside and suggested I take the car to a local exhaust shop for repair. After New Year's, I noticed oil under my car again, and I called the Service Manager and explained the situation to her. She asked me to bring the car in a few days later and to see her personally. When I arrived, she didn't remember anything about our conversation, and I had to explain it in detail again. She finally emailed me, stating the flex pipes and catalytic converters were damaged, and the engine needed to be replaced due to a misfire code and told me the repair was $17,000. The KBB private party value for the car is around $19K, and it did not make sense to make the repair. I told her that there was nothing wrong with the engine and it ran fine. That evening, I received a phone call from a salesperson who offered me a $500 trade-in on my $19K car. I contacted the dealership's general manager to voice my frustration, but he never returned my calls/emails. I contacted Lincoln, who agreed to pay for a new diagnosis at another dealership. The new dealership looked at the car and said the flex pipes and catalytic converters were both damaged by the oil pan gasket repair (also, they said there was never an engine misfire). The new dealership repaired the exhaust (at a cost to me), and the car has been running fine. There was never anything wrong with the engine, and the dealership lied to me to make me go away. Throughout the process, I was lied to and ignored. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! More
The sales experience was awful. Rude salesperson, sales manager even worse. The car was supposed to be new, had tears in the interior and a scratch outside. The general manager will not return calls or answer the phone. Absolutely awful. In Addition, they are selling for thousands over msrp which is terrible. Many ford dealers do not sell for over marp. An unprofessional and rude place. I will never go back. More
Was looking online at a $35k truck on their lot. Since I have to travel far to get there, I wanted to make sure of a few things. Trying to find out if they'd work with my bank preapproval, I was told that have to travel far to get there, I wanted to make sure of a few things. Trying to find out if they'd work with my bank preapproval, I was told that the finance guy said "just come in, and we'll wing it". (Really?). Then asking about some issues with the truck that you could see in the pictures. The truck bed was scratched up and had paint spilled in it. They said they put a bed liner over it. I said, if you didn't fix it, it will rust out. (no response). If they band-aid visual stuff like this and "wing" their financing, what else are they covering up or just winging. I prefer to work with a dealership that actually knows what they're doing. I have very little confidence in a place like this. More
We came down from PA to test drive a vehicle that was listed on their website, only to find that the sales manager's wife has the vehicle to drive around. If the vehicle is not available it should not be listed on their website, only to find that the sales manager's wife has the vehicle to drive around. If the vehicle is not available it should not be listed on the site. And if they are advertising it as a new vehicle when it is clearly being used regularly, that is pretty shady as well. We are in the market for a new vehicle but will be taking our business elsewhere. More

They will not honor their promises. Especially the return no questions asked policy.. Got it home and less than a week or so of driving it broke down leaking fuel. After multiple attempts of resolving the is no questions asked policy.. Got it home and less than a week or so of driving it broke down leaking fuel. After multiple attempts of resolving the issue I was forced to write a review. Then they call me right away due to the negative review amazing huh. Well the took it to their shop to fix. After picking my truck up I saw where my bed had been damaged due to a tool box sliding forward and smashing bed to the cab. I was told basically not their problem even though it left my possession not like that. Then within 50 miles of previous work boom same issue. I call and talk to Charlie Benson and tell him to return it as the ad states on the radio by Eric Carper. He stated no it's my truck they won't return it. All I want is to return it like they boast in the ad no questions asked, but they won't. Keep in mind this problem happened two times and I've owned the truck less than 45 days/500 miles. I also even tried to switch to another vehicle on the lot that fit my budget. I feel like I have bought a lemon and they don't care about returning it so I can move on More
