Hagerstown Honda began operation in November 1990 and moved from our temporary location on Frederick Street to the I-70 Auto Mall in July of 1991. Many of our original 12 associates are still members of the Hagerstown Honda team as are many that joined our growing operation in the early 1990s. We are very proud that so many of our associates in all departments remain part of our organization.
In 1997, we added KIA vehicles to our product offerings and completed our new Honda building in 2000, which is twice the size of the new building completed in 1991. We have been very fortunate that many of our customers continue to buy their new and used vehicles from us year after year. We have grown to become one of the top Honda dealers nationwide and with over 3,000 customer deliveries each year, Hagerstown Honda is western Maryland's largest automotive dealer.
As we continue to grow and expand on our 15 acre complex, our goal is always to serve our customers' better. The internet has allowed our new customers to learn more about our service, our inventory and our commitment to customer satisfaction before they drive on the lot. The internet has also allowed our existing customers to make service appointments, purchase parts or just learn more about the exciting new products that come from Honda and KIA every year. I had my 2026 Honda Passport serviced today at Hagerstown Honda. Everything was great. I also had an accessory Homelink interior mirror installed. Installation was excellent, the Homelink works perfectly with my garage door. The time taken for both was very reasonable and the price too. The staff is very friendly and professional. I received text messages for my appointment and for any questions during my visit. The dealership is very clean. I live about 74 miles from the dealership, but they accommodated me because of the distance. I purchased my 2026 Honda Passport from this dealership. Highly recommend. More

I purchased my Honda in Jan 2020. I have had it serviced at Hagerstown Honda every time. But, the last several times I truly have been disappointed. They advertise specials, howeve I have had it serviced at Hagerstown Honda every time. But, the last several times I truly have been disappointed. They advertise specials, however when you get arrive, there always seems to be some sort of loop hole whereas the "special" doesn't apply to you. Yesterday, I asked to speak to the service manager, this was at 1130am. At 1230pm, the technician indicates that he is in his office if I still wanted to talk to him. I indicated "no, not now". When I left the dealership at 1245, I did let the technician know to please convey to the Service Manager that I was truly disappointed he didn't have the time to come out and speak with me. When I got into my car to leave, there was a hang tag that indicates if you have an issue to please give him a call to resolve. Well, my issue could have been resolved had he just taken a few moments & walked out to speak with me. More
