So glad that God brought us together for this purchase. Now it hasn't been very long and we haven't had the car totally checked out but so far we are very pleased and of course Adam is thrilled!! My experience Kelly was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. Did not feel pressured to buy and many of my questions were answered over several days. Bough Kelly was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. Did not feel pressured to buy and many of my questions were answered over several days. Bought a Sedona and am happy with it although still learning about all that it has to offer. Was not pleased with the cat and mouse game concerning pricing. I would have paid much more if my husband had not helped with the negotiations. I am not one that likes to have to haggle and usually feel that women try to get taken advantage of----the problem is that I would have walked away rather than play the game but was satisfied with the end result. The only other issue was that the closing took MUCH too much time. Certainly much of this paperwork could be completed before the customer arrives. We were there for 3 and 1/2 hours --- Kelly was good at explaining the workings of the car and I will surely return and ask her for more help after I have had time to study the owner's manual. More
