Our salesman, Ben wasn't very knowledgeable of the car we were inquiring about which we were ok with. He focused more on the stereo's sound quality while turning it up super loud and the Apple Play capabilities (even trying to connect my Daughter's phone to it, which I stopped). After the test drive, we came inside to talk numbers. Rather than talk about the car we had test drove he kept pushing the sale of used cars we were not interested in. I was in mid-sentence asking about the car's warranty information when he started motioning to a customer three tables behind me and trying to get them to take his business card. I decided that was enough for us to leave. I tried to hand the customer his business card on the way out which they declined so I handed it to another salesperson sitting by the door. Ben followed us out begging us to come back in. Customer service is important in this industry and working with another customer while you are waiting on one is unacceptable. Four days later we decided to purchase a 2021 Kia at Darcars Kia in Frederick. Our experience in Frederick was impeccable and the customer service was superb. I will be writing a review on their page as well.
