We began in a warehouse with 5 used cars and have grown to fill two lots, in Hollywood and Lauderdale Lakes, with over 700 vehicles. We sell over 2500 used vehicles a year making us one of the largest independent used car dealerships in the state of Florida. We carry a wide range of inventory, including luxury models, used trucks & used SUVs. Our financing programs are second to none. We have direct relationships with large banks and credit unions who are aggressive in getting our customers approved, regardless of credit history. Our full service garages thoroughly inspect and service each new arrival. They are then sent to our detail departments to be meticulously cleaned. Lies!! Lies!! This place is so horrible! I called yesterday and asked for a particular vehicle online, I included stock number and everything!! Phil, the guy I spok This place is so horrible! I called yesterday and asked for a particular vehicle online, I included stock number and everything!! Phil, the guy I spoke to, confirmed that the car was there. He even went as far as calling me the day of my appointment to confirm the car was still there and the time I would come. I drove more than a hour to this dealership for them to tell me they don't even have the car!!! To deceive your customers in such a way is a horrible way to do business!! Never again would I even look to purchase a vehicle from haims!! That was horrible customer service and I'm extremely furious I had to waste my time for absolutely nothing!! More

STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY! This dealership is sold a vehicle for 17,000 that was handed over running. Stopped for gas after leaving lot and vehicle would not start again. Manager came over with a new battery and installed without tools, and wrong size battery.
