The dealership was very efficient and completed my services in a timely manner. However, I did ask the service advisor if someone could wipe the inside of my windshield when my car was going to be wa services in a timely manner. I thought to myself, really, you buy an expensive Lexus, take it in for service and cleaning the windshield is an upcharge.
