Car took 2 days to do it but no communication until I reached out. Car wash is complementary but the dust on it is not gone and also there are many small grease marks on the car. I normally go to the Lexus in Bridgewater for my car oil changes. I decided to go to Lexus Princeton since it is closer to home. I had a 2pm appointment and thought it would take 1.50 to 2 hours. Instead I changes. I decided to go to Lexus Princeton since it is closer to home. I had a 2pm appointment and thought it would take 1.50 to 2 hours. Instead I was there for three hours! The oil change and car wash took forever. Then try to sell me wipers when I changed them three months ago. I will not be coming back to the Lexus Princeton. More
