Writing this as my review yesterdy has not shown up. ...I am from Delaware, drove up 75 miles to pick up the car I bought, a Lexus, used, in tip top shape and so was my sales man, a guy named Howard Salm ...I am from Delaware, drove up 75 miles to pick up the car I bought, a Lexus, used, in tip top shape and so was my sales man, a guy named Howard Salmon....who was on his game to understate it....His earlier sales pitch was completely down to earth, ...not a hard sell in his body...completely normal, informative person...and yesterday, when we went in to close the deal...a quarter inch stack of papers.....you could see that Howard Salmon had reviewed every single one of them..he had X'd where I had do sign....he gave a short clear explanation, and this made the closing on my new car (which was in tip top shape btw-)..very easy....this was the easiest closing on a car I have ever bought....He gave me his cell phone from day one....said call me with any questions; I had a few.........this guy and truth be told his easy Haldeman Ford dealership.....are a class act...the whole thing made common sense...iI havve bought a lot of cars, but never was this one so easy. got a great deal, imho More

Service has always been great since my 1st purchase in 2018. Not as impressed with Sales in 2021 when I purchased another. We’ll see next year if I purchase another.
