I have rated this dealer 4 star before due to worst customer service after sales. This is on second day of purchase. Mainly due to no response from from dealership. After posting that review I got a ca customer service after sales. This is on second day of purchase. Mainly due to no response from from dealership. After posting that review I got a call from Evan Perreault General Sales Manager of Haldeman Lexus of Princeton literally threatening me to delete the review or he will not resolve the issue of remote park function on my wife’s phone app for which I have paid for and also will not take my car for service. At the time of sale dealership told me first two services are free. This was very unprofessional from Evan. Tech support person Wilson was very nice at dealership and resolved issue on one phone while still issue is not resolved on my wife phone yet. This conversation from Evan also reported to higher management David and Chuck by e mail but no response from them either. More

Excellent service; the entire team, the Service Advisor (Jean), the Tech (Noah), and the check-in / check-out staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My wife and I both work with Jean and have fou (Jean), the Tech (Noah), and the check-in / check-out staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My wife and I both work with Jean and have found her knowledgeable and trustworthy when addressing questions or if we need advice. RE the video reports from the Service Techs; at first I was skeptical but now believe they are useful for both the Customer and the Dealership ;we look forward to other new communications methods. BTW…I am continually impressed by Haldeman’s communications whether emails, texts, videos, etc.; they are direct, concise and useful. As I draft this, other ‘things’ hit me; the prepayment option before picking up the car is great; moves the process along. The ‘Loaner’ process also is great; quick and easy (plus great chance to try current models and new features). More
