Jean is my service advisor and she is excellent. Most of the service technicianshavebeen great. However, when I reported that the GPS needed a hearing aide, neither Chuck the manager or corporat Most of the service technicianshavebeen great. However, when I reported that the GPS needed a hearing aide, neither Chuck the manager or corporate would do anything. They suggested I use Ways on my cell phone. Earlier this year it started, I noticed that if I asked the GPS for Golden Dawn diner in Levittown, Pa, it selected Golden Coral and the location sometimes was Massachusetts This happened on several different places. I documented it and reported it. The tech person or the mechanic could not resolve it. I called corporate and they sent me back to the dealer, who told me to type the destination or use Ways. This is not an answer I expect from Lexus. I have seen Kia’s that work better and never expected for the Lexus dealer to say use ways, What makes it difficult is if you are driving and try to type a destination, I can not tell you how disappointed I am with Lexus because of this. Jean did her best but Chuck would not budge on a resolution. This may just be an annoyance, but it comes up 2or 3 times a week. More
