Allissa was very helpful. My reason for bringing my car in was what I perceived as an idiot emergency light regarding my air bag. It was clearly an idiot warning but the idiot was me having never, after driving the car for years, noticed the light before and it said "air bag off". So thinking my air bag was not working I hurried to Haldeman. After awhile I learned that that particular "idiot light" was always lit...this the name idiot...thanks to your staff for failing to laugh! More
