Long time customer I've been purchasing Lexus vehicles since 1998. On August 14th my 22nd vehicle the GS 350 Fsport Was delivered. Throughout the years I have dealt with almost all personnel at Haldeman Lexus . I'm not thought of as a customer but as a friend. I have owned every model with the exception of the LX which I would have loved to own but a bit too large for empty nesters. The sales, service and parts department work closely together which makes a truly professional dealership I would mention names but there are too many to name since each person is a professional in his own right. Misrepresented true condition of car and wanted more money down, after we had already paid $500 to hold the car, or risk getting beat out by someone who would offer a higher price than we agreed to! The car was not ready to sell since it had a blue spot on car seat which he said "I" could get out and discovered in day 3 of contact that wheels had to be buffed out because apparently someone hit a curb. He stated that their policy is to list cars first and then repair? (What happened to the 161 point Lexus certified pre-owned checklist?). More
