Worst experience with the service today 4/10/24. .I was there to pick up my car, and I was told by the advisor that I have to come back tmrw 4/11/24,for my car won't be ready until then.They put my i .I was there to pick up my car, and I was told by the advisor that I have to come back tmrw 4/11/24,for my car won't be ready until then.They put my in a loaner and I went to grab a coffee from their lobby, by the time I got out,I noticed my car was washed and they are parking it outside.I was told by someone that my car is ready.I don't know what magic happened there in that 10min of time. And I was so confused why they asked me to come back for a job that was completed in less than 10min. Worst part is there was no communication between the staff, they were all blaming each other.Nobody seems to care about or value my time.They did not provide me with any explanation or paperwork.i waited for another 10-15 min, but nothing happened.They were very disrespectful.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Infact Worst place to service your luxury car. More
