I purchased a 12 volt battery for my Lexus RX450h from this dealership. The battery failed within warranty of two years by Lexus. When I went to get the battery replaced, they refused to honor the warrant this dealership. The battery failed within warranty of two years by Lexus. When I went to get the battery replaced, they refused to honor the warranty without the receipt. Since I am not able to find the receipt but provided other proof such as bank records and the original battery box with all sale details. But they don’t agree and asked me to pay for the replacement which we did. Although they agreed to process a refund, if I can find the receipt later. I am not happy with this unfair deal! I will request for the management to reconsider and provide refund without the receipt. Expect an expedited response as soon as possible. Thanks More
