Excellent service; the entire team, the Service Advisor (Jean), the Tech (Noah), and the check-in / check-out staff were professional, friendly and efficient. BTW…I am continually impressed by Haldeman’s communications whether emails, texts, videos, etc.; they are direct, concise and useful. As I draft this, other ‘things’ hit me; the prepayment option before picking up the car is great; moves the process along. The ‘Loaner’ process also is great; quick and easy (plus great chance to try current models and new features). More
