Ulises Figueroa was the gentleman who assisted me, I was not too impressed with the car at first as it had not been reconditioned or cleaned because it was a recent purchase by the dealer. But the thing that made me return (to purchase the vehicle) was Ulises. He is a very nice salesperson. Not too pushy, very calm and very sure of the product he is dealing with. No one really likes the process of buying a new car but I would recommend him and this dealer anytime. I sold cars at one time in my life and I believe the hardest part is coming across as genuine to the customer. Ulises definitely meets these expectations! I am disappointed with the service department as they left a light on in my dashboard and now I have to take the car to a Mitsubishi dealer to have It looked at. The Mitsubishi dealer advised me it may be covered under warranty but there may be a charge. This issue was evident the day I first test drove the vehicle and when I picked it up so I do not feel I should pay anything to get this taken care of. More

Thank you Andrew Ertingu, (IT guy) for setting the car up for us. It’s a convenience to have a dept specialized in showing customers how all the“bells & whistles” work. Since the purchase, I went back to pick the plates & registration. They got me in and out in about 15 min. One tech put the plates on, while the other tech set up the garage door opener for me.
