Nothing bothers me more than asking a question of a customer service rep and they hesitate or too often they give you the wrong information. Amazing Experience We walked into Haldeman Lexus of Princeton on Saturday March 10th looking to test drive and get information on the RX350. The lease on my current vehi We walked into Haldeman Lexus of Princeton on Saturday March 10th looking to test drive and get information on the RX350. The lease on my current vehicle is expiring in 3 months and I began my process of looking for a new vehicle a few weeks ago. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist who asked what I was looking for and immediately DJ Angelozzi stepped forward and indicated he could help. While walking through the showroom I spotted the NX300 and immediately DJ and discussed the possibility of the NX rather than the RX. And I'm glad we did. In the end, it turned out the RX was just a tad too big for our needs (we have grown children). We took a test drive in the NX by ourselves as DJ indicated he knew that sometimes customers feel apprehensive test driving a vehicle with the sales rep in the car. We had a great test drive and upon returning, I asked for a 'ballpark' idea of what car payments would be. DJ immediately got to work on getting some car payments/lease terms together and the rest was history! DJ was absolutely amazing. Gave us time to discuss the options in private, in his office, and he even had started to get the process going while we were deciding as I had really only gone in to test drive and obtain information. Again, DJ was amazing, always professions, offered us water and coffee several times, very personable, and a pleasure to do business with. He also came in extremely close to the monthly payment he mentioned he could get me (he was about a dollar off!). Knowing we had a prior engagement later in the day, he promised to have us out in about an hour - and he did it! Kelly was amazing as well. I signed all my final papers in her office. Very personable and just a pleasure to speak with. Everyone at Haldeman did a fabulous job and I had the best car buying experience I have ever encounter in all my years of car shopping.
