Thanks! I had walked into Haldeman Lexus on a short notice after seeing a pre-owned GX online. I was promptly attended to by Syed (Sid) and from there on afte I had walked into Haldeman Lexus on a short notice after seeing a pre-owned GX online. I was promptly attended to by Syed (Sid) and from there on after a test drive we worked towards on arriving at a price considering my trade in and was eventually able to drive home the vehicle the I came looking form, the same day. I had some concerns that Syed worked hard to have those addressed and answered. Jayesh whom I was supposed to meet originally also stopped by to say hello. Kelly from finance was also very helpful. All in all it was a relatively pleasant experience. Thank you! My family loves the SUV very much! More

Fast, easy, and felt like they cared about me in everyway. Apon first time meeting Syed was after we have had over a few text messages and emails. My wife and I were shopping around for a new RX 350L. We visi Apon first time meeting Syed was after we have had over a few text messages and emails. My wife and I were shopping around for a new RX 350L. We visited another dealer that was closer to our home first and walked away not blown away with how they handled their position to keep us from walking away and going somewhere else. So the next move was to contact another Lexus dealer and we did so by going back on the Lexus web site rebuilt our car and asked for inventory from Haldeman. With in 10 mins maybe, Syed contacted my big text message and promised a booklet in the mail within days. After 2 days the booklet came on our Rx arrived and during that time Syed and I have had constant communication the way I preferred since I was unable to be on the phone talking but could text. After making an appointment at my wife's and I convince ( Syed stayed late wait for us ), we came late on a Monday and went through all the options in color there were ( we knew what car and price point options we wanted, we were just stuck on outside color). Once there and all figured out Syed showed us a few color options even though I thought I knew what I wanted and once we saw all the colors on the car ( they have so many available to see with the huge back lot ) my wife and I changed our mind after seeing the beautiful blue Lexus offers. Color done... Next is the money business. The great thing about this with Syed was that he never asked what my monthly price point was ( usually means 100 months payment and surprise balloon payment at end from some dealers). Syed knew he had to come with haldemans best price to keep us there and man!!! Did he deliver!!! I was shocked on the price and they also beat the other dealer by $100 amonth comparing lease month terms. For that point on I knew I was in good hands. It truly felt like he was working for my wife and I and was going to get yelled at by his boss. Syed and Noel ( finance) did an outstanding job and we're very clear on everything and upfront, which I really appreciate. This car is amazing and fits all 5 of my kids!! Syed and Haldeman...
