I brought in my 2015 RX350 for Service which was very pleasant and successful and was provided a lovely loaner car. Then during the summer of 2017 I traded in my 2015 RX350 and purchased the 2017 RX350. I was extremely pleased with my sales associate, Noel Montesano and Kelly Lyell who helped with the paperwork. Everything could not have gone smoother. Then we decided to find a car for our son who lives on the Big Island of HI. Once more, Noel was helpful. He found us a GREAT 2015 RX350 for our son. He and Kelly helped me take care of the paperwork and the Car Transfer details to HI. This is a full-service dealership with outstanding folks working in Sales and Service. I have worked with several members of the Service Staff—all very professional and client-friendly. Technical help has also been outstanding as I learn the new features of my 2017 RX350. Shortly after I purchased the car, I had a small dent in the side door from another car opening it’s door. Their “dent specialist “ was able to remove the small dent to my great joy and satisfaction for a very small price. More
