It's not only a great-looking sedan (2016 ES-350) but the interior is luxe and comfortable; and the dash-board is more intuitive than others. P My 10AM appointment on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 started with a warm greeting from Kevin Dunn for both myself and my sister who accompanied me. Prior to this appointment, I had spoken with Kevin regarding what I was looking for in a Lexus. Kevin asked again about my interests just to be certain that the vehicles he had selected for me to test drive met my needs. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Lexus product. I test drove an RX350. During the test drive, Kevin pointed out various amenities in the RX350 that I was not accustomed to in my previous Toyota Camry. Ultimately, I purchased the RX350 that I drove as the ride was superb. Overall, my experience with Kevin was pleasant and positive. There was no pressure or hassles on price, models, or options. Kevin was very personable and professional. He give me his cell number in case I had additional questions. This demonstrated to me that my relationship with Kevin and Haldeman Lexus continues long after the sale is done which is something I have never experienced at another dealership. Between his easy going manner and the simple act of contacting my auto insurance company to transfer the coverage, I was truly impressed.
