Enjoying my new Lexus on vacation I walked into Hademan Lexus, expecting to do some "comparison shopping" and then return to the first dealer I'd visited to make a purchase. To my surp I walked into Hademan Lexus, expecting to do some "comparison shopping" and then return to the first dealer I'd visited to make a purchase. To my surprise, Haldeman offered a great deal, a fair trade-in allowance and I ended up making the purchase on the spot. The quick turnaround enabled me to take my brand new car on vacation 3 days later! I am still away, and much enjoying the car. I will be back for lessons on some of the bells and whistles, but it is a smooth, comfortable ride. I am delighted - thanks to John DeFrancis and Kelly Lyall for excellent service. More

Best 1st time buying experience EVER! I came to Haldeman looking for a 2014 Mazda3 that was listed on their online website. I was immediatly greeted by a sales rep named Edward who was so I came to Haldeman looking for a 2014 Mazda3 that was listed on their online website. I was immediatly greeted by a sales rep named Edward who was so down to earth. I was so nervous with this being my first time buying a car. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decision. I was worried about not being approved, but he assured me I had nothing to worry about. He came back periodically from the financing office to check on me, and cracked a great deal of jokes which made the time go by so quick. This guy was so down to earth, and straight forward that I could have not asked for a better experience. Thanks again Eddie!! More

It is generally unfortunate to get bad experience at any Lexus dealerships or even another Luxury brands. However their "General Sales Manager" of "Haldeman Lexus of Princeton" made it happen. This was the worst experience when he raised his voice on me in front of my wife and kid. He started walking away while I was sharing what Sales Executive promised me. He has no respect for the customer who spent total of 3 hours and 40 mins at his dealership. He didn't apologize for raising his voice nor on behalf of his sales people who are making false promises over the phone and infact when requested, that he should speak to his salesman in front of me, he replied that he has already done that. We still thought that it's a great car and just to buy a car, we thought of proceeding but later realized that if a presales is so bad, post sales will be worst. Lexus "IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR BRAND, YOU NEED TO REEVALUATE YOUR DEALERS". We knew the car is great and we made a deal with their competitor and will be receiving our car tomorrow. More
