Great Dealership and great Salesman I went to Haldeman Lexus (originally Lawrence Lexus) to get a competitive quote before I went to my local dealer. Since their dealership was over 25 I went to Haldeman Lexus (originally Lawrence Lexus) to get a competitive quote before I went to my local dealer. Since their dealership was over 25 miles away I really had no intension of buying the car so far from my house. That was when I had the great fortune to meet Kevin Dunn as their sale representative. I have bought and/or leased many cars for many years, but I had never meet such a fantastic salesman. He was truly knowledgeable, very direct in answering all my questions and concerns and absolutely no games playing as I had experienced in many other dealerships throughout the years. None of the ususal “I’ll have to check with my manager!” He is also the only salesperson I have meet who understands "Multiple Security Deposits" (MSD) when leasing a car and could explain it to me in a way I could understand. His lease offer was very fair and he addressed all my concerns including my biggest concern about going to a dealership far from my house. He told me there would by no problem because they would pick my car up for service from my home, leave a loaner car and return the car back usually the same day. I have now been dealing with Kevin and this dealership for over 5 years, I leased two cars and purchased one and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. There service and finance departments have also been excellent. I also have had no problems with my Lexus’ and I love the cars and as promised they have picked the cars up for service. I highly recommend Kevin Dunn and this dealership to anyone with absolutely no reservations. More
