Finally, Camille gave me a "tour" of my new Lexus and showed me how all the buttons and new gadgets worked. I can go back anytime with questions. I plan to have my car serviced at the dealership, as I did with my last car, because they have the entire history of the car's service record available by computer (and at any Lexus dealership). Throughout the years I have dealt with almost all personnel at Haldeman Lexus . I'm not thought of as a customer but as a friend. I have owned every model with the exception of the LX which I would have loved to own but a bit too large for empty nesters. The sales, service and parts department work closely together which makes a truly professional dealership I would mention names but there are too many to name since each person is a professional in his own right.
