Lawrence Lexus Experience Had visited couple of other dealerships before coming to Lawrence Lexus to purchase an ES350 and the experience stood way apart. The Salepeople were v Had visited couple of other dealerships before coming to Lawrence Lexus to purchase an ES350 and the experience stood way apart. The Salepeople were very polite, not pushy, not demeaning and explained things in plain simple numbers instead of jumbling figures around. The manager promised to meet the price of the competitors and gave the requested price without going back and forth. The dealership guest lounge was also kid friendly and we could spend enough time with the salepeople while the kids watched TV and had the beverages. After we finalized the deal the salesperson compiled all the paperwork, keys and required documents very neatly and made sure we did not miss anything once we left with the car. He also got us some time with the Product specialist. Had to comeback after a few days later to get the accessories installed. Got a car loaner without any wait. Service Dept. did a good job at making all the necessary fits on Sat. Picked up the car on Monday morning. Service manager was good enough to get the car washed himself when I indicated that there was dust/dirt sitting on the car. Seemed like everyone at the dealership liked the job they were doing and did not do anything half way but went beyond the call of duty to make the customer happy. As far as room for improvement, would recommend the dealership to have more new inventory with exterior/interior colors and luxury options, so that it would be easy for the customer to make the purchase decision the same day instead of coming back when the car is procured from another dealership. Other than that Lawrence Dealership stands apart from other dealerships Rt 10 Lexus, Ray Catena-Freehold, Bridgewater Lexus that we visited. More

I went to BMW and Acura dealerships near my area prior to visiting the Lawrence Lexus dealership again. The difference in service I received when I stepped into the dealeship was night and day. At Lawrence Lexus, there was very litttle waiting time, the sales rep greeted us warmly, asked what we are looking for, showed us floor samples of the two vehicles that we were interested to see. He proceeded with explaining the car features first, took us for test drive of the two RX 350 versions, and clearly explained to us the deals available for the 2014 inventory and the differences/advantages versus leasing and buying. There was no pressure to get me to close the sale that day. Armed with the information and experience with the three dealerships that day, the choice was easy - go back to the excellent Lexus brand and dealership that I already know.
