I have been dealing with Joseph Laurito for over 5 years. His knowladge of Lexus automobile is un parallel. Joesph also provide Excellent customer service and follow up before and after purchase. Once you make a purchase they do not wanna pay any attention to your needs. They will keep calling until you buy and then you can not get any help after the deal is done. Lexus needs to monitor there sales reps and workers a lot better. Lexus is a great brand but this dealer is not the one you go to. Kevin Dunn is definitely the worse there. Brian Bennett runs the the place and he could care less about repeat business. Tom Harding is the only decent and good guy over there. But I would not send any business there at all. More

Very easy buying experience. I went in wanting a specific car as far as colors(exterior & interior), I knew the car was hard to find but they told me upfront it could be up to 120 days to get the exact car i car as far as colors(exterior & interior), I knew the car was hard to find but they told me upfront it could be up to 120 days to get the exact car i wanted. I put a deposit down and although i wished it was sooner, the car did arrive to the dealership in the time frame provided. Very little pressure from the financing department on the add-ons. It was a very positive experience at Lawrence Lexus. Our sales person, Bruce Bressler was very informative and friendly resulting in a positive experience for all.
