We wanted to test drive a certified used car but we were not keen on the color. His response was "if you try it do you plan on buying it"! Not only was this offensive, he told us that there were no special financing offers which we later found out was a complete lie! We ended up going to Freehold Lexus that same day and left with a beautiful car! You need to check out Ray Catena in Freehold -- it is a top class dealership! They really care about their customers! It was an awesome and exciting experience for Angela and me. This was our first ever luxury vehicle purchase and we were very impressed by the facility and the friendliness and professionalism of the employees t This was our first ever luxury vehicle purchase and we were very impressed by the facility and the friendliness and professionalism of the employees that we dealt with. The showroom was impressive with the wood walls. Noel was able to provide us with everything that we asked for. Lou was very helpful by answering the many questions that we had and he escorted us to the impressive customer lounge. Andrew spent an hour with educating us on the use of all of the gadgets in the car. Kelly was funny and she made the whole financial transaction enjoyable. What a team of professionals!!! More
Car great. Title and tag process horrendous My car was purchased 12/26. My temporary tags expired on 1/14/16. The dealership lost the certificate of origin for my car. I had to take 3 hours out of a busy day to drive to the DMV to get another temporary tag. Was berated by the woman there because my tag expired as if it was somehow my fault. I paid cash for my car. In my opinion i should have received the title and certificate of origin the day i picked up my car!! This is ridiculous. The new tag cost $20 and is good for 30 days. I have been informed that this is all the DE DMV can do for me and evidently if my new tags aren't in by 2/11/16 i am simply out of luck. Haldeman Lexus hasn't done anything to help me. I spoke to a manager named John on 2/13. He promised to call me back after he spoke to the people in the Title department. Guess what-I'm still waiting for him to call me back. This is the 2nd car i have purchased here however the name of the dealership has changed since my first purchase. If I had known what I was going to deal with after the purchase i would have bought the car in Wilm. DE. I am not impressed with this purchase in any kind of a positive way and would not recommend this dealer. More

Better than Expected I had leased two cars from this dealer some years back and chose to drive another brand of automobile for the last 7 1/2 years. I really missed driving a Lexus and decided to go back with a definite focus on the '16 RX 350. Joseph Laurito was my salesperson. I had expected to get a new car but did not expect to drive it off the lot that day. Joseph was easy to work with, he took me seriously and respected my concerns. He walked me through the entire process and offered me options to choose from so that I could make a well informed decision. I leased a beautiful car and couldn't be happier. Joseph has made himself available to me for any questions I might have and followed up with me the day after to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The entire process can be overwhelming, particularly when you do it in one day. I was given a very fair deal both on my trade in and the new lease and am very pleased with the dealership and my experience. More
