I was charged $130 to miss diagnose a repair that cost $1000 My wife brought our vehicle into your location for a routine oil change and a rattling noise under the car. We were contacted and notified that the ra My wife brought our vehicle into your location for a routine oil change and a rattling noise under the car. We were contacted and notified that the rattle which I believe to be a heat shield was actually the catalytic converter and it needed to be replaced at a charge of $1000. The car was not showing any codes or demonstrating any issue with the catalytic converter. We took the car to another shop who dentifed the problem as a loose heat shield and inspected the catalytic converter and found nothing to be wrong with it. I contacted haldeman Ford and asked to speak to the service manager i left him a lengthy message as to the problems that we had and never received a call back. We will not be returning to this service center we would prefer to go to a location where we can trust the people working on our vehicles and that care at least enough to follow up when a customer has a problem. More

All I can say they are all the nicest people to deal with. I have been look for a new car for two months.
