Disappointed Customer I don’t like that I have to make an appointment three weeks in advance. They only seem to be interested in Ford products. For the extra money I spent I expected more personal servi. I spent extra money for the in house service plan the extended warranty. So far, the thing that has really stood out is how long it takes to get an appointment that fits my schedule. Also, nobody has really asked about my satisfaction with the vehicle. I am pretty underwhelmed. The electronics package (Nav and entertainment) is really a step backwards from my 2014 Cross Trek. I asked the service person to look at the nav and they came back and said I had to download and install the update. So after spending two hours in the shop in the morning, I had to go home and spend two hours on my computer figuring that out. When I finally installed the up dates, it was still sub par. Also the stereo is not compatible to a classic iPod which I had specifically asked the salesman about. So I had to spend $250 on a new iPod touch. Small stuff, but very important to me. More

Good place I’ve been treated with respect here. First time they took my car through the wash and accidentally mangled my license plate and license plate frame. I I’ve been treated with respect here. First time they took my car through the wash and accidentally mangled my license plate and license plate frame. I decided to order tires from them as well, scheduled tire installation and was given 20 dollar off from labor due to the license plate mishap. Tire installation day, their tool to install tires cracked so am waiting to reschedule. Seems like I’ve just personally had bad luck here, but they dealt with it accordingly so far, so it would be disrespectful for me to give a bad rating. I respect the people that work here, specially Nicole and Dean who are professional and are real people that understand how to de-escalate these sort of situations. Look forward to coming back to the dealer for tire installation and future service. Hopefully with less bad luck! More
