He begin to ask me what I was looking for, my desires and expectations. The conversation was brief. The next day I came in unannounced and he quickly adapted and had me sign a release to run my credit and get the ball rolling. From there he constantly kept contact through phone due to the fact of how my shifts at work were falling that week. On Friday afternoon, he did exactly what I requested earlier in the week. Feedback on Recall work on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lare I recently had the Passenger OCR module replaced at this dealership as part of a Recall by the manufacturer. I dropped my car off Sunday night 4/6/14 I recently had the Passenger OCR module replaced at this dealership as part of a Recall by the manufacturer. I dropped my car off Sunday night 4/6/14 and received a text and email that it was ready around 11:39 Monday 4/7/14. I called to find out the hours of operation and discussed with the service department that I would not be there before they were closed. I asked that the keys be locked in the car and was told that was no problem and that the car would be on the "McDonalds side" of the dealership which would mean the "North side". When I came to pick up my car, it was not where I was told it would be, after hunting for it I found on it on the "South side" of the dealership. After entering the vehicle I found that my keys were no were to be found and no paper work was in the vehicle. This required me to show up at the dealership at 7:25AM to retrieve my keys. After knocking on the window to get the attention of a service associated, at 7:30AM, he found my keys after explaining the situation. No apologies were rendered and no paper work was provided, just the keys. I feel that this kind of customer service is totally unacceptable. Allen J Vorhes 804-334-0799 More
