Purchasing a new Ford Edge I went to Haley Ford to do price comparison and check out their inventory. I arrived after 7 pm and did not know the dealership was scheduled to close at 8 pm.Then I met Shawn Adkins, who was extremely pleasant, patient, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all questions. I had expected things to be different because of the time and past experiences with salespersons. I told him I would be back to test drive a vehicle on the following day, so he set me up with another associate, since he was scheduled to be off. (Never had anyone to do this in the past.) The team approach made me want to come back. I did and Shawn got me into a new Ford Edge without a big hassle. He let me know that he would be calling to check out my experience post purchase as well as letting me know he is available for any questions I may have concerning the vehicle. This is my 3rd Ford Focus that brought from Haley Ford! I needed a second car due to different work schedule in the household. Where do I start?! They were amazing!!! I don't have the best credit so when I went in I completely expected for them to tell me within 5 minutes "nope, sorry we can't h They were amazing!!! It took a little time but I drove off the lot with my brand new Ford Fiesta (that only had 7 miles :) ) My husband and I worked with several employees and each of them treated us professionally and made us feel welcomed and appreciated! Even if I wouldn't have been able to get a car I would have still considered our trip worth it for the good company and many laughs while waiting around. I give them 5 stars!!!! No more major breakdowns, nore major fixes everytime I get the car inspected, no more outrageous fees becuase your're a day late, or call multiple times a day because you set up from your bank to make the payments instead of using their online service that has a fee for every little thing.
