After being told that there was a fuel imbalance on my jeep by the service center employee, he is now backpedaling and saying that there was never any fuel imbalance to avoid honoring the vehicle protection plan. It only gets worse from there. Then, after giving me a specific dollar amount that he would cover for the rental car while he had my Jeep, he stated that I would need to pay for the rental car and that he would reimburse me. This is not how the extended warranty works and he knows it. There were more underhanded dealings by this man that are too numerous to address here. It was just one dishonest move after another. I should not have to go to battle to get someone to step up and do the right thing. More
