Great customer service. Jay was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about driving the SUV home that evening. Because I was in a car accident and live abou Jay was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about driving the SUV home that evening. Because I was in a car accident and live about 50 miles away. Jay helped and showed me the SuV's functions so it made me comfortable enough to drive it home that evening. Also, he told me that I can come back anytime and he would go over all the functions inside the car with me. That showed me that he cares about as person and wants me to enjoy my car. I wish him and his fiance many happy and healthy year to follow. More
