He was very Polite, Professional, and very customer oriented - he made sure that the final agreed Transaction amount was a win win for both of us, and have kept up with me via Text offering his services for any issue I may encounter with the new car. Cedric Walters - Sales Consultant - a young but experienced sale agent, Kept me fully informed throughout the process, answered every question I asked. Although it was late and very stormy outside, he waited for me patiently until I completed signing all Docs with the Finance Manager. He then helped me, while it was raining hard, to move all my personal items from the Old Car to the new car. Afterwards, we sat in the new car and he went over each and every checklist item.
