He was very Polite, Professional, and very customer oriented - he made sure that the final agreed Transaction amount was a win win for both of us, and have kept up with me via Text offering his services for any issue I may encounter with the new car. Cedric Walters - Sales Consultant - a young but experienced sale agent, Kept me fully informed throughout the process, answered every question I asked. Although it was late and very stormy outside, he waited for me patiently until I completed signing all Docs with the Finance Manager. He then helped me, while it was raining hard, to move all my personal items from the Old Car to the new car. Afterwards, we sat in the new car and he went over each and every checklist item. Feel completely taken by the Sales Team (Warranty) dealership came to me to get me out of a brand new 18 Civic that was clearly a lemon with electronics and they put me in a 20 Civic and sold me this dealership came to me to get me out of a brand new 18 Civic that was clearly a lemon with electronics and they put me in a 20 Civic and sold me this OUTSTANDING platinum warranty that would be 10 years bumper to bumper no deductible. Not even 3 years old the electronics disconnect while driving, the Key Fob has issues with sensing and the driver seat makes the worst noise ... non of which are covered under this warranty and anytime it is taken in to just look at something there will be a $160 fee to just look ... this is NOT what they said when they sold this car to me and $1800 warranty... just heartbreaking when I bragged at the work they did to get me out of the previous Honda that was showing the same issues less than 3 years old too... GM and SVC Manager did remove the $160 fee since all 3 issues were not included in my "bumper 2 bumper" how is that a bumper 2 bumper I was told I would NOT have to worry again other than normal wear and maintenance issues. Time to switch Makers and this was my 8th Honda that WAS loyalty More
