Superlative “customer SERVICE! ” My wife and I have been leasing and maintaining our Hondas at Hall Honda for the past 6 years. We both have Pilots at this time, but over the years ” My wife and I have been leasing and maintaining our Hondas at Hall Honda for the past 6 years. We both have Pilots at this time, but over the years we’ve progressed from CRVs and Passports. We both have loved our 5 or 6 Honda vehicles from Hall Honda. We’ve been blessed to have Steven Schwartz and Richard Barrera work with us on every transaction over the years. Both are wonderful gentlemen and true professionals. I would like to give highest kudos to Jay Edghill. All Hall Salespeople are wonderful, but Jay was off the charts…He was product and business knowledgeable and made returning and leasing a hot new Hon All Hall Salespeople are wonderful, but Jay was off the charts…He was product and business knowledgeable and made returning and leasing a hot new Honda Civic a breeze. Jay was incredibly courteous, hospitable with attention to details and made us feel like we’ve been friends for years. It’s a tough time to be a car salesman, but Jay did not use any pressure tactics to get a sale or push any unneeded or unnecessary extras to boost our new lease into something we couldn’t afford in our budget. Darryl Cross (Financial Manager) made the lease paperwork go like clockwork and was extremely helpful in the entire process. Richard Barrera (General Sales Manager) was excellent as well, making sure things ran smoothly from start to finish. I would give all 3 men ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a great experience. More
