Went in for a car and found one, made the deal and all was good till I looked at the VIN and found out it was the wrong car! Called and went in to correct but wanted to trade up, the sale manager would no was good till I looked at the VIN and found out it was the wrong car! Called and went in to correct but wanted to trade up, the sale manager would not budge on the price saying they made hardly any money on the car. I thought we could make the deal but decided to call annother dealership in the area and found I was being overcharge by arround $1000.00 off the list so I called the sales manager who called the owner and then returned my call. He said they would change the VIN number on the contract to reflect the VIN of the wrong car and send it in to Honda Credit. I decided to read the contract thourouly and found that they cannot make changes to the contract without my signature. I went on line and found the phone number for Honda Finanacing and will call in the morning. I think if they do this it is concidered fraud and I will never do business with them again. This is very sad. More

This was my fourth purchase from Hall Honda. Obviously, I like working with this dealership, but Dwight , Erin and Linda all worked extraordinarily hard to make it my most enjoyable new car purchase. I took delivery on my new Honda CR-Z EX last night. I had started working this deal last October, after I taking Dwight Richards for a 35 mile test ride on rural winding roads, and decided the car was worth trading in my ’09 Fit. Dwight was extremely knowledgeable about the car and never tried to pressure me into a sale. Unfortunately, I needed to make a few more payments on the Fit before the CR-Z payments would be in my comfort zone. I also wanted to see the car in a few more colors before I picked mine. Erin Bessey was also very pleasant to work with, both in person last October and by phone when I was ready to work my deal in December. She suggested I consider a base model that I could drive home immediately and was better in my budget. She also went out of her way to find me an EX after I changed my mind about the base model, and managed to price my payments only slightly above where they would have been on the base model I returned. Linda Robertson was also a friendly person who streamlined my paperwork on both vehicles while taking the time to ensure I understood everything I was signing. This was especially true on the EX.
