I pulled off the highway and close to the off-ramp was Hall Honda. Justin immediatley assured us that he could help us...oh, and it was 4:oo in the afternoon on a Saturday. At the dealership, my check engine light came on and the drove it back to inspect. James was fast, efficient, and professional in finding our problem. They ordered the part ( coil pack #3) and said it whould be in on Tuesday. My service advisor was switched to J Horst and everything continusd to be smooth. He kept me informed every step of the way. The part came in and Jeffery immediately picked me up so I could continue my trip back to my home in North Caroilna. Our family can't thank Hall Honda for the service and kindness. It is not fun having car problems, but especially difficult having the problem without my husband there and out of state. The entire staff that I dealt with was professional and kind. They surely put their customers first. Thank you Hall Honda for saving the day for our family!!! More

It's refreshing to visit a dealership that focuses more on the 'quality of service,' and less on facilitating a high-pressure environment. For the first time, it actually felt as though we were adults hav on the 'quality of service,' and less on facilitating a high-pressure environment. For the first time, it actually felt as though we were adults having a quality conversation about the car of my interest...rather than a salesperson trying to make a buck. I'm as skeptical as the come when it comes to dealing within a commission-based situation. What's nice at this dealership is that I actually spent less time talking about money, and more time talking about the quality of the car and the services the dealership offered. Ron Singletary is a true professional. Most of all, he's a down-to-earth guy...who I can honestly say from the short time we worked the deal together...is a quality, genuine, professional, knowledgable salesperson. In fact...after my car was detailed, I noticed the pinstripe had a minor unglued section. Ron promised me that if it continued to bother me, he would take care of it for free. Since I'm a little obsessive about 'perfection' on my 'toys', this was very comforting. If it continues to bother me, I will just call Ron and he will have it fixed. I visited another dealership dealership prior and the GM was outside smoking when I walked in with the salesperson. As we walked passed him, he pretty much blew off the the salesperson question, "Do we have an V6 Accords." When you're in a situation where you are about to spend a lot of money on a depreciating investment, you become (or should become) very observant of your surroundings. How professional are the employees to you is one thing, but how they treat each other is almost as important. The GM at Hall Honda in Va. Beach gave me his home phone number....does that say anything to you about this place? The finace manager was the best. Mark or Matt was his name. He was so busy that he couldn't even find a business card. But not too busy to get me the lowest rate I've ever heard of. So let's check priorities here...couldn't waste time searching for a business card for self-promotion, but could find the time to squeeze me in, unexpected with others waiting, to find me a rate so low, I'm embarrassed to mention. I wish I remember his name, but if the GM or Ron reads this, please thank him. In closing...please visit this dealership if you want a Honda. Please ask for Ron Singletary...and please have him hook you up with the same finance expert that worked with me. To the GM...you run a good shop and I wish you much success. I cannot thank you enough. More
I have owned about 17 vehicles in my life time. Only a couple were purchased from private individuals - over the years of trading cars I developed an extreme distaste for dealing with the automotive retai couple were purchased from private individuals - over the years of trading cars I developed an extreme distaste for dealing with the automotive retail process and a special distaste for auto sales people. Having said that, I must now say that one sales rep at Hall Honda completely undid all those deep seated years of negative thoughts and feelings! That man was John Christian! He quickly put me and my wife at ease because of his warm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and relaxed approach. He was helpful to a fault, informative and answered all questions directly, if he did not know the answer, or was uncertain, he not only said so, he then did all he could to find out. I would go so far as to say John is a masterful "counselor" as well. He saw that my wife and I had somewhat divergent wants in a car and actually managed to help me see my wife's point of view with out challenging my own opinions and wishes. In fact we ended up with the car my wife preferred. Hall Honda has been servicing our 2001 Honda Civic for the six years we have owned it and we did not buy it from them, but our exposure to the dealership during service periods is what brought us to them to make a new car purchase. The price was fair, the experience was very pleasant, we both felt John and the staff at Hall Honda truly had our best in mind. Everyone's attitude was warm and professional and there was little doubt that they wanted to sell cars, but they also acted more like your neighbor helping you make the best decision for YOU. All the while knowing no matter what you chose to buy they would make a profit - that's what business is all about. They made it plain that helping you was in their own best interest as well. A happy customer is gonna come back! We've never had a more satisfying and pleasant car buying experience. More

This review is for the great service I received from all 5 of my visits to Hall Honda. Let me go back alittle bit. We arrived from Japan (military family) w/no vehicle. Knowing I wanted a Odyssey van I s 5 of my visits to Hall Honda. Let me go back alittle bit. We arrived from Japan (military family) w/no vehicle. Knowing I wanted a Odyssey van I started looking right away. Found a used 05 w/32,000 miles on. (CERTIFIED) I loved it, Lot's of room for all. Everything was great until Aug 08. The first time my engine light came on. Van wasn't shifting back into 6 cy from ECO. Brought it in for the first time, pulled up at Hall Honda's service desk and David Bledsoe asked how he could help me. From this moment David treated me like I was a VIP. While I was in the waiting room he showed up asking if I needed anything and needed to go anywhere while I waited. He made sure all my questions were answered to my understanding, explained what is happening w/my van and where the problem had been and how it was fixed. He made sure I had transportation due to I had to leave my van overnight. Called me at home making sure the rental was ok and called me when the job had been finished. He was always very friendly even after all the questions that I did ask. I do believe he went above and beyond his job to insure I was satisfied. GREAT JOB DAVID! While this is now my 5th trip to Hall Honda w/the same promblem, the first 3 visits David has helped me w/the same service as before. The last 2 visit, Jay Hurst is now doing the job that David did. Jay must have had training from David because I received the same VIP treatment from Jay. In fact this last time I drove in, I received a smile and they both are so sorry about the problem you are having w/the van. My van is still in the shop, waiting for the same part, and I am not sure what I will do w/my van. This is the 5th trip in the shop w/the same problem. Since I bought the van used I am not intitled to the lemon law. I like my van but I now have a bad feeling about my van and this situation will happen again. More

My experience at Hall Honda was excellent!! Not only did they have a wide selection of vehicles, the service that I received was superb! Antar Wilson, my salesman was extremely friendly, informational, they have a wide selection of vehicles, the service that I received was superb! Antar Wilson, my salesman was extremely friendly, informational, helpful, and thorough. When I saw that there was a car that I was interested in that wasnt at the Hall Honda store, he immediately offered to go there himself, pick up the vehicle and bring it to the Honda store for me. This was awesome becuase I didnt have to travel out of my way to see the vehicle. He also called me before every appointment confirming what time I was coming in and to see if there was anything else he could help me with before I got there. He was never pushy or aggreesive, he always gave his honest opinion and helped pick the car that was right for me. He made the experience of buying my first car easy, fun, and smooth. The management at Hall Honda was also very helpful and friendly. Everyone that we came into contact with at the store was extremely nice! I will recommend both the Honda store and Antar Wilson to everyone I know who is in the market for a car. Thanks for everything!!!! More
When I walked into the parking lot, I had time to walk around the lot by myself to really get a look at what vehicles they had in their lot. I am the kind of person who likes to look, ask questions later around the lot by myself to really get a look at what vehicles they had in their lot. I am the kind of person who likes to look, ask questions later. I don't like to be "mobbed by a salesman." Ron Singletary approached me and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and informative about the vehicle I had chosen. He informed me of all the safety features and highlites that were included in the 2006 Honda Accord. He showed me all of the important aspects of the vehicle which enhanced the quality of the company and the automobile that I had picked. I was sold from the beginning but I like to shop around. I told him I wanted to look around considering this was the first place I had been to that day. Now, I have worked in jewelry sales so I know he has to T.O. (turn-over) which he did, and it was beautifully done, might I add in. Joseph Cuellar came over and he was very pleasant as well. I ended up leaving but I told Ron that he was absolutely wonderful to me that day and I will not forget how I was treated here, I just cannot in my right mind not look around first. I am a HUGE FAN of customer service. I will never EVER buy a car from someone who did not treat me good. I looked around but honestly, I could not get the car...the service...the people there are people that I WANT to deal with. I came back at 2 pm (it was funny b/c Ron was calling me to thank me for coming in when I was pulling into the parking lot!) My father was with me while I was looking for a car (I am a woman and I like to have a man there when buying an automobile) and we went in. Talked pricing and ultimately made the deal happen. My father and the guys (Joe and Ron) made a connection as well. (Sports! {laugh}) Anyway, I want to thank you HALL HONDA (Ron especially) ON VIRGINIA BEACH BLVD for everything...I look forward to buying all of my vehicles from you! -Laura Johnson More
