Jay was fantastic and saved the sale! I had a very good experience at the Hall Honda Service Center and decided to start looking at trading in one of our cars for a new or late model u I had a very good experience at the Hall Honda Service Center and decided to start looking at trading in one of our cars for a new or late model used car. I had a couple of "false starts" with promises to follow up being broken. But finally after my third in person visit, someone at the service desk introduced me to Jay. Thankfully! He listened, was empathetic, not pushy but followed up quickly. He apologized for what had happened, never bad mouthed anyone but instead promised to make it right and represent Hall Honda as best as he could. When we found something that we were interested in, he was there for us, reached out to my wife, and it felt like he was a partner with us throughout the process, navigating us through those elements of the car buying experience that I really do not like. Ultimately we made a purchase that we are happy with and that would not have happened without Jay (or the service person who introduced me to him). I highly recommend Jay if you are looking for a new (or slightly used) car! (Ultimately Hall Honda lost two stars with me with the "challenges" in getting my car appraised and the lack of communication and follow up...they gained a star back by having Jay there). More
