This extra service is a wonderful service to clarify and check for drivers' understanding of their new car. My "instructor" Barb did an outstanding job in reviewing and introducing me to many features of my car that I did not know or understood even though I reviewed the tutorials on line and read the manual. Her understanding of the car was superb and her patience was incredible. I left the dealership having a far more comfortable feeling about my car thanks to her.
