Their pricing crushed all the other dealers in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Williamsburg and even beat out the last Honda dealer we used in Silver Spring, MD. Kyle was great to work with on pricing and he and the dealership absolutely stood 100% behind their pricing, which was very important to us since we had to drive 2 hours each way to take delivery on the car. Amanda was terrific in walking us through the sales process the day of delivery, including showing us all the features and controls on the HR-V. The dealership was very professional and I give it very high marks on integrity -- no games, no pressure -- just a willingness to provide top quality customer service. I highly recommend Hall Honda -- as a high-volume dealer they provided us with a very, very competitive offer.
