I told him about an offer that I had from Hall Jeep/Ram. I ask if they did anything like that. Papa called Ian Baer up front and ask him to bring a 2019 Pilot Touring up for me to look at. As Ian was showing us the vehicle, John Christian comes in. We have bought many cars from John and has always given us the best service you can give anyone. Low an behold, before we knew it, we had just purchased a new 2019 Honda Pilot. We went into the office to talk to Marcus Jones. It was his first time doing a lease customer. He did a great job. Scam buy out I received an email expressing interest in buying my vehicle. I went in for value to just see. After test driving my car and while running numbers th I received an email expressing interest in buying my vehicle. I went in for value to just see. After test driving my car and while running numbers they had me look at a CRV I declined a test drive. While waiting my phone alerted me that they ran my credit without my knowledge. Keegan did call and apologize for the miscommunication but now I have a hard hit on my credit. Matt then returned my call and tried to get me in a new vehicle. He asked if Keegan had me fill out a credit app, I said no he did not. He didn't even apologize. I have been a loyal Honda owner, i have had 5 Honda's! Matt downplayed the hit on my credit but here I am trying to rebuild after a divorce and not cool! . More
