Excellent Dealer My wife and I decided we needed to update her mini van after 14 years. We wanted another Honda Odyssey so we went back to our previous dealer, Hall H My wife and I decided we needed to update her mini van after 14 years. We wanted another Honda Odyssey so we went back to our previous dealer, Hall Honda. We are met by Keegan Meincke who was friendly and not pushy. After we looked around at several vehicles we sat down with Keegan. We had not planned on a purchase that day but after going over everything about the vehicle, we decided to buy an Odyssey EX-L. After doing all of the paperwork with Byron Gray, we went home with the plan to bring in the title to our trade-in and pick up the Van. However after getting home, we decided that we wanted the EX-L Nav/Res version. Although we did not need the Rear Entertainment System, we definitely wanted the Navigation System built in and not through our phone. I called Keegan just before closing and told him. He was very cooperative and we met the next day and purchased the upgraded vehicle. We were given about 2 hours of training by Barbara Howard. She was excellent and was able to relate to the feelings and desires of my wife. The overall experience has been wonderful. We will easily return should we need another vehicle and will recommend Hall Honda and Keegan to anyone seeking a vehicle. More

On the other hand, Mark worked diligently to secure us the best finance deals and provided us comfortable space when explaining various service options. I was very nervous for but then the Manager John Bryant and Finance Mark Self were called me and told me to come in. Then they blessed me with a brand new 2019 Civic for an even cheaper payment then before. Their service was absolutely amazing!! I learned a lot for my first time buying.
