Matt was saddled with my car at the last minute because blue team was gone and I refused to let Express take the job because they lied in the past abo Matt was saddled with my car at the last minute because blue team was gone and I refused to let Express take the job because they lied in the past about completinwork when they did not. When they told the woman in Express that I was unhappy in the past she got very angry and said, “Then just GIVE her to the Green team!” She followed us over and in an agitated way told the Green team,”you’ll have to take her. Matt was professional and descalated the situation. The first fellow and Express told me that it would take 45 minutes in Express but an hour and a half with the Green Team. Matt apologized for the whole situation and finished my car in 30 minutes. I was so happy. He said he felt bad about what happened to me and they worked hard to finish. A gentleman and s true professional! I will tell everyone about how great Matt and Honda have been!!! More
