Had talked with Corbitt Carroll the day before and he said they had to order the part - he called me the following morning and said they had the part and he could get me in for service that same day.. Repair was made with no problems, no delay. I've dealt with Corbitt in the past and it's always been a very good customer service experience. Corbitt always communicates clearly and explains the work being performed and informs me of other service needs that may be coming up in the near future. Dealing with Corbitt Carroll doesn't even seem like a dealership/customer interaction - more reminds me of how an old friend would treat you.. Five stars - no doubt. More
