I have done 3 transactions with Hall Mazda and my most recent with Mallisa was probably the best! She was extremely informative about my options and enthusiastic about what my interests were. The service department charged unfairly high labor fees for services that did not fix the engine/address original issue with car. Reasoning from the service manager was that even though the original issue for services that did not fix the engine/address original issue with car. Reasoning from the service manager was that even though the original issue was misdiagnosed (and therefore services did not actually fix the car) he had to complete those repairs to discover the actual issue with the car. Poor customer service and lack of consideration for the customer. More
