I brought my car in for a repair to a cable under my driver seat and the state inspection. During the state inspection it was found that I needed a cabin filter, spark plug replacement, a belt, new batt driver seat and the state inspection. During the state inspection it was found that I needed a cabin filter, spark plug replacement, a belt, new battery and maybe something else. I was not prepared for all of these repairs and was a tad upset. Both Kamal and Shane were extremely professional, very patient with me, and explained my options as well as made suggestions as to alternative work around and feasible timeline. Kamal personally showed me items that my husband and I questioned really needing a repair. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Hall Mazda as long as those two are still working there. Kudos to the mechanic too! I will also highly recommend to my friends. Nice work guys! More

Why did labor cost increase for oil change, mechanic delivered car w/o mask on (got good for my anxiety), no small waters or pre packed snacks in lobby (covid shouldn't effect this) & car wasn't vacuume delivered car w/o mask on (got good for my anxiety), no small waters or pre packed snacks in lobby (covid shouldn't effect this) & car wasn't vacuumed out. Fredericksburg location always vacuumed and washed. Jo was pleasent in hearing me out about me coming in prior for service including the 12 point inspection and being passed with no warnings but, ended up with a dead battery that left me stranded on side of the street 2 days later. I cant say 100% would recommend but I think next time I will try Chesapeake location and see how they do. More
