We brought our first Mazda in 2017. It was a cx3 Mr. Pena was our sale representative and he was excellent. Our sale experience was so great we went back in 2019 to buy another car. Sadly we did not see Mr.P was our sale representative and he was excellent. Our sale experience was so great we went back in 2019 to buy another car. Sadly we did not see Mr.Pena that day. Mr. Wilson was our sale representative for that day and he was not as helpful, when we had problem with missing part for our new 2019 cx5 car he was dismissive of our problem. Another agent help us solve this issue. Both the service and part departments at Mazda dealership were excellent, we never had any issue with them. More

I thought my last dealership was pretty awesome, but having dealt with Hall I’m positive they were subpar at best. Since I’ve gotten to VA my car has just given me so many problems and Hall has bent ov having dealt with Hall I’m positive they were subpar at best. Since I’ve gotten to VA my car has just given me so many problems and Hall has bent over backwards to get me situated. Most recently, my car has been weird starting up and yesterday a bunch of different lights popped on. I called assuming they’d schedule me out for a few weeks but they told me to bring it in and they’d give me a loaner, I was actually super confused because, what?! But nope! They got me in and out as they were close to closing and by this morning let me know all the issues (there were a lot) and got me my car back by noon still. I’d give these guys 10 ⭐️ s if I could. So thankful I found some place I can trust right off the bat. Also, everyone is SO friendly!! Thank you, Michael! More
