Adam was a great guy to work with. I purchased my car from him August of 2021 and he helped me through the entire process. Customer service. . I waited 5.5 hours to get an inspection I scheduled 3 weeks ago. The service desk worker lied when I asked to speak to the manager.. She said it was . I have received a mail from a bank regarding the application to a loan I was not interested in, I was told they were "checking the credit score" not sending a loan application. Not only at the deale application to a loan I was not interested in, I was told they were "checking the credit score" not sending a loan application. Not only at the dealership they were embarrassingly rude in the management of the potential sale, but they DID NOT tell the truth with what they were doing with my id. They had told they would check the credit score but THEY SUBMITTED THE LOAN APPLICATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT More
