I have bought many vehicles at this location when it was Charles Barker. Sales staff and scheduling maintenance was outstanding. I hate the call center use for scheduling maintenance. I do not want an answering machine telling me to leave a name and number and someone will get back to me. This time, it was the day after when I was contacted. I was contacted only after I complained on Facebook messenger. The call center feels so disconnected from what is going on with the shop. After saying all of that, it was a good experience once I got the chance to stand in front of Chis when dropping my truck off. This gentleman made me feel better about dealing with Hall Toyota. He was all business and answered all of my questions as it pertained to my visit. He, and only he gave me a reason to consider continuing business there. More
