With appointment, it takes more than 4 hrs for a simple vehicle alignment to be done. What is the purpose of having an appointment, if your vehicle is not getting serviced on appointment time? I've owned several Toyotas for over 29 years and Hall Toyota is the worse dealership ever for service. Since Hall took over from Charles Barker Toyota, the service department has been in total decline. Toyota is the worse dealership ever for service. Since Hall took over from Charles Barker Toyota, the service department has been in total decline. Latest incident was scheduling an appointment time for a simple task, waiting two hours to find the vehicle was still just sitting in the parking lot with no activity. When asked why schedule an appointment I was told it was just a drop off time. It didn't mean it would be taken care of at that time. Even the past few times i was there, Customer Service is non existent! More
