Pleasant and relaxed experience As a first time client to Charles Barker I was warmly welcomed via phone and at the door by my salesman Eric Miles. My test drive was pleasant with nice conversation instead of that awkward silence. The staff were all pleasantly smiling and made me feel welcomed despite my 2 year old being obnoxious almost the entire time. Paperwork was moved along quickly without a bunch of hassle. The teamwork with the finance manager, Chris Hilliker, makes things move along to close the deal and get you on your way without feeling rushed. The lobby, lot and cars were well maintained and clean; refreshments provided in reception area while you wait as well. I bought a used vehicle that is beautiful with low miles and a great price in my budget. This was a great buying experience with outstanding customer service and I'll definitely be a repeat buyer. Any obstacle I ran into seemed like a piece of cake to Jamison!!! He walked me through temporarily lifting my credit freeze for that one day so they could check my credit report, and helped me get proof of ins from my ins.company on a Sat. afternoon so I could take my car home the same day!!!! Woohoo!!! I am sooo impressed with Jamison!! I'll be back!!! More
